About Pillars – Fillmore Center – Berwyn
Pillars–Fillmore Center is an outpatient mental and behavioral health care facility in Berwyn, Illinois. They offer programs for adolescents and adults. Treatment includes crisis intervention, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), general outpatient programs (OP), and aftercare programming.
Pillars-Fillmore Center offers targeted treatment programs that deliver specialized care for certain demographics. They provide dedicated services for young adults, seniors, pregnant and postpartum women, bilingual clients, and persons with co-occurring addiction and mental illness.
The intensive outpatient program (IOP) ensures high-level supervision and support for clients in early recovery, those stepping down from inpatient care, and those at an elevated risk of relapse. Clients receive medical and mental health assessments and personalized care planning. They also engage in intensive, CBT-based individual, group, and family counseling and robust, age-specific life-skills training. Topics include coping, self-care, wellness, emotional regulation, disease and medication management, and relapse prevention.
The general outpatient program (OP) and aftercare services ensure a complete continuum of care aligned with clients’ evolving needs. These services may include step-down support, 12-Step program facilitation, and referrals for medical, mental health, and social service programs.
Pillars–Fillmore Center is state licensed and accredited by CARF. They are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and accept private insurance, Medicaid, sliding-scale payment schedules, and self-pay. Financial aid and low-cost and no-cost services are available.
