Pillars–Fillmore Center is an outpatient mental and behavioral health care facility in Berwyn, Illinois. They offer programs for adolescents and adults. Treatment includes crisis intervention, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), general outpatient programs (OP), and aftercare programming.
Pillars-Fillmore Center offers targeted treatment programs that deliver specialized care for certain demographics. They provide dedicated services for young adults, seniors, pregnant and postpartum women, bilingual clients, and persons with co-occurring addiction and mental illness.

They also engage in intensive, CBT-based individual, group, and family counseling and robust, age-specific life-skills training. The general outpatient program (OP) and aftercare services ensure a complete continuum of care aligned with clients’ evolving needs. These services may include step-down support, 12-Step program facilitation, and referrals for medical, mental health, and social service programs.
Pillars–Fillmore Center is state licensed and accredited by CARF. They are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and accept private insurance, Medicaid, sliding-scale payment schedules, and self-pay. Financial aid and low-cost and no-cost services are available.
