The outpatient program provides individualized treatment plans, case management services, psychosocial rehabilitation, employment services, crisis intervention services, medication management services, and referral services. Participants also engage in individual counseling, group counseling, family counseling.
The MAT program provides FDA-approved medications in combination with mental health counseling. Individuals receive medications that help mitigate withdrawal symptoms and reduce cravings, while their mental health counseling services help them address the underlying issues that perpetuate addiction. This program allows for a safe and effective detox.
Pilsen Wellness Center – Little Village accepts most insurance plans, including Amerigroup, Magellan, ComPsych, and Aetna. Out of network benefits may vary, so it’s important to verify coverage with your insurance provider.
