Preferred Family Healthcare

Preferred Family Healthcare offers drug rehab services for young adults and adults. The center offers medication assisted treatment, inpatient treatment, intensive outpatient programs, and aftercare programs in Winfield, Kansas. Specialized programs may be available for justice involved clients.

Winfield’s inpatient and outpatient programs emphasize a group oriented recovery. Clients are eligible for individual and group counseling, emotional wellness training, and peer support programs to build a network around a shared recovery. The intensive outpatient program is more flexible, with clients attending only nine hours of treatment per week. Referrals may be made to other Preferred Family Healthcare facilities.

Clients may receive medication assisted treatment throughout their treatment. This consists of FDA approved prescriptions, like naltrexone and Subxone, to reduce cravings and ease withdrawal. Clients have decreased chances of relapse, which allows groups to progress together.

Preferred Family Healthcare is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).
