The facility has different treatment options to help clients find the treatment that works best for them. The experiential and evidence based therapies offered at this location include cognitive behavioral therapy, recreational therapy and biofeedback.
Recreational therapy will have you participating in different activities that can improve your self esteem and give you an outlet for expression and relaxation. The activities that clients can engage in include ziplining, yoga, hiking and volleyball.
When you’ve completed your treatment program, you can have a chance to enjoy some of these activities at different places in town. A peaceful place you can spend time practicing yoga is Murray Park. Parley’s Historic Nature Park is also a nice place nearby that you can go for a vigorous hike.
Recovery Ways can refer clients to more extensive addiction recovery services at their Brunswick Place location. The different levels of care that you can receive are inpatient drug detox, residential treatment, partial hospitalization and an intensive outpatient program (IOP).
The facility also provides aftercare options to help clients continue to have success with maintaining their sobriety. You’ll be able to stay connected with your peers in the alumni recovery community.
