Here, you’ll receive intensive support that includes five days a week of full day counseling sessions. In addition to individual therapy, you’ll also attend group therapy throughout the week to talk about triggers, ways to prevent a relapse, and how to develop healthy habits.

Once you complete this program, you may step down to a less intensive level of care. Their intensive outpatient program includes about nine to 12 hours of counseling a week, including about three hours of group therapy.
