The primary purpose of exposure therapy is to help you overcome fear and help reduce your anxiety and stress. This can help you build up your confidence, change old beliefs, and regain control.

Recovery coaching is also provided here and can help you develop a wellness plan for your recovery while you work closely with certified peer specialists, recovery coaches, or a recovery support navigator. This is to help assist in goal setting and helping you create a life you are setting for yourself. They can help assist with mentoring and linking you to community support, housing, continuing education, and motivating you to be active in your recovery.
