Russell E. Blaisdell Addiction Treatment Center provides inpatient treatment, medication assisted treatment, dual diagnosis treatment, nicotine dependency treatment, and aftercare planning for men. Their services extend to registered sex offenders and those with traumatic brain injuries.

To be considered for the inpatient program, a higher level of care is needed than what can be obtained on an outpatient basis. Russell E. Blaisdell Addiction Treatment Center is a 24 hour structured environment that takes male patients over the age of 18. The program assists patients in finding a way toward recovery in an environment free from alcohol, drugs, and tobacco through a multidisciplinary approach to overcoming behavior and substance addictions. Dual Diagnosis, often referred to as having co-occurring disorders, is when two or more mental health concerns present themselves simultaneously.
