Sacramento Veterans Resource Center in Sacramento, California, is part of Nation’s Finest which has been serving veterans since 1972. They provide a variety of programs and services, including transitional housing, permanent supportive housing, mobile service units and case management. Their mental health and behavioral health programs help veterans who have problems with post traumatic stress disorder, traumatic brain injury, military sexual trauma, depression and anxiety.
Your case manager is a cornerstone of their treatment program and your main point of contact in their services. Case managers help gather the information that you need and point you to resources that can address your concerns.
