Clients receive mental health assessments, individualized treatment plans, and comprehensive case management, including medication management assistance. In addition to robust individual, group, and family therapy, clients engage in recovery-focused life skills training.

The inpatient program at SAIL enables clients to focus on their recovery in a highly supportive and structured environment. Clients participate in intensive psychotherapy and evidence based complementary treatments, including nutrition therapy and experiential therapy. They also receive extensive recovery education to enhance clients’ ability to live independently, including courses in self care, wellness, disease management, and relapse prevention.

SAIL’s aftercare services are designed to support clients’ successful reintegration into their homes, communities, and workplaces. Clients may receive referrals for medical and mental health care, social service programs, as well as services related to transitional and supported housing.

South Shore Association for Independent Living (SAIL) is state licensed and OASAS accredited. They accept self pay, Medicare, and Medicaid.
