Your day at the facility will consist of daily lectures and assignments that need to be completed. You’ll participate in various group treatment sessions that may focus on topics such as grief, stress management, and trauma.

Clients will meet with their primary counselors once a week to work on the specific issues that have caused their addiction. Your counselor can also help make sure you’re reaching your treatment goals.

I like that the facility will also provide time for you to exercise and enjoy recreational activities during your day. You’ll get to enjoy doing activities outside, weather permitting. All residents will be expected to perform daily custodial functions during their stay.
