About Sandhills Behavioral Center – Raeford, North Carolina

The IOP meets a minimum of nine hours a week for treatment. This program is provided in an age-specific format, separating adolescents from adults, and includes individual, group, and family counseling, drug screening, medication management, life skills training, and relapse prevention.

The outpatient option provides two separate tracks for addiction and mental health. Substance use outpatient treatment provides similar services to the IOP but meets less often. The mental health outpatient program includes psychological testing, counseling, and medication management. All Sandhills programs also connect clients with additional resources such as housing and employment support.

Sandhills Behavioral Center may accept a wide range of insurance plans, such as Humana, Ambetter, Cigna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Aetna, and more. Because insurance plans vary, be sure to verify coverage information and out of network details with the insurer.
