Serenity Lane is an alcohol and drug rehab in Salem, Oregon, providing intensive outpatient programs (IOPs), outpatient care, and addiction aftercare. They offer in-person and telehealth alcohol, drug, co-occurring disorder, and opioid treatment for adults. Clients benefit from person-centered care with DUI programming and specialized men’s, women’s, family support, 12 Step, and LGBTQ+ groups.

IOPs offer in-depth care for clients who live at home and maintain responsibilities while in treatment. Their IOP is a 10 week program with flexible morning and evening groups. Groups meet 3 times weekly for 3 hour sessions. Clients can access individual and group counseling, addiction education, and peer and family support groups to aid in long-term recovery.

Their outpatient rehab is a lower level of care where clients attend treatment while living at home. Clients benefit from similar therapeutic interventions as IOPs.

They provide recovery support for up to 2 years after completing an initial program. This program offers weekly 1 ½ hour sessions to help clients deal with sobriety challenges and stay strong in recovery. They also offer client referrals to community services, alumni activities, employment training, and a patient monitoring program.
