Clients can access this program in the mornings and evenings to ensure daily treatment without disrupting their regular schedule.
Sheppard Pratt’s Day Hospital Intensive Treatment Plan offers more acute drug rehab support and psychiatric care without the 24 hour surveillance of an inpatient program. The day hospital program allows clients access to therapy and other treatments during the day and allows them to return home on evenings and weekends. Other treatments may include psychiatry, group therapy, medication management and educational programming.
Sheppard Pratt accepts Maryland Medicaid and Medicare as well as many major insurance providers including CareFirst, Cigna, Aetna, United Healthcare and Kaiser. Due to variations between policies, clients are advised to clarify coverage with individual providers regarding out of network benefits.
