Signature Health – Paul’s House

Signature Health’s Paul’s House is a part of a large healthcare system treating addiction and mental health and providing primary care and pharmacy services in Northeast Ohio. This outpatient location in Ashtabula offers mental health and addiction treatment programs for adults and adolescents. You can also access sexual and reproductive health services here. The medication assisted treatment program (MAT) is designed to help you reduce the risk of relapse and overdose death. Buprenorphine and naltrexone can help control your drug cravings and create a foundation for long-term recovery. To enroll in this comprehensive program, you’ll need to have a diagnosis of alcohol or opioid use disorder, be at least 18 years old, and be medically stable.

The intensive outpatient program (IOP) provides counseling and drug and alcohol treatment that takes place in a non-residential setting. Counseling sessions focus on topics like anger and stress management, wellness, and relapse triggers. This program encourages the involvement of outside support systems like partners and family members. In person and telehealth assessment appointments are available for Signature Health.
