The goal is for participants to be able to function in their home environment at the highest level with minimal symptoms. PHP consists of group and one-on-one counseling. Sessions include psychoeducation that focuses on relapse triggers, wellness activities, anger management, and components of addiction recovery approaches.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
The IOP is a structured and intensive treatment program that is held in a non-residential setting. Program participants attend group therapy for three hours a day, several days per week. Counseling and education topics include relapse prevention, stress management, anger management, and wellness.
