Solid Ground Wellness Treatment

About Solid Ground Wellness Treatment – Riverside, California

Solid Ground Wellness Treatment is a Riverside, California private rehab. You’ll benefit from proven therapeutic approaches for addiction. They provide multiple levels of outpatient care for adults and adolescents.

With outpatient care, you can live at home as you complete treatment. Since treatment looks different for everyone, they offer standard outpatient care, intensive outpatient programs, and day treatment. Depending on your unique situation, you could attend treatment 9 hours a week or up to 30 hours. Their programs help you understand your addiction and yourself to learn new behaviors and coping skills. You’ll have access to individual therapy, group sessions, classes, and more.

What stands out most to me is their program for teens and young adults. They emphasize family involvement in treatment, allowing you to work closely with your loved ones throughout recovery. They provide a customized care plan to help teens manage stressors without resorting to substance use. Their programs are engaging and relevant to the challenges many teens face. Your teen will have access to the tools to regulate their emotions, build healthy relationships, and develop essential life skills.
