This program provides three meals a day in fully furnished units, case management, substance use disorder treatment, mental health treatment and medication and more.

Outpatient treatment includes full assessments and individual and group therapy along with a variety of specialty programs that can address domestic violence issues, offer services in Spanish and support families as they rebuild relationships.

As holistic care is an important attribute of Southeastern, they also connect clients with Medicaid coverage with additional medical services and wrap around support to help them deal with chronic health conditions, which can impact substance use.
