The Southwest Community Health Center provides holistic drug rehab services and dual diagnosis treatment to adult patients in Bridgeport, Connecticut. This center offers general and intensive outpatient treatment programs and continuing care.
The basic outpatient treatment program offers clients weekly individual and group treatment. Those who require a more intensive level of treatment can enroll in their more intensive program.

In addition, it incorporates emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of care to help individuals attain a substance-free lifestyle. Continuing care is also provided for those who have undergone both programs at this treatment center.
At the Southwest Community Health Center, patients are offered a sliding fee discount to help them pay for treatment. Those without health insurance or who don’t qualify for public benefits can apply.
