Southwestern Mental Health Center Avera serves clients of every age with residential treatment and general outpatient services. They are a nonprofit behavioral health network in Worthington, Minnesota. Avera also provides its clients with housing support services.

This goes beyond managing mental health symptoms to include housing and employment support, mitigating hospital stays, medication support, management of finances, legal support and daily support activities.
