About Sovereign Health – San Clemente
Sovereign Health, located in San Clemente, California, provides alcohol and drug rehab services to men and women seeking recovery from addiction. Their levels of care range from detoxification to outpatient services.
The detoxification program helps individuals safely withdraw from addictive substances in a controlled environment. Clients will be supported by staff and as much comfort as possible will be provided.
The inpatient program provides 24/7 supervision to individuals who need around-the-clock monitoring at the initial stages of treatment. Individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and educational classes on a wide variety of topics such as anger management, relapse prevention, emotional regulation, and skills-building classes are provided. The goal of the program is to help clients work through the underlying reasons that have contributed to their addictive tendencies in a safe environment.
The intensive outpatient program meets three times a week for three hours at a time. Clients will focus heavily on group therapy and relapse prevention. They also will have access to their mental health counselor.
