Springbrook Hospital is a behavioral health treatment center in Brooksville, Florida. They offer inpatient and outpatient care for adults who are dealing with mental health conditions and co-occurring disorders, including drug and alcohol addictions. There are special tracks for seniors and anyone who needs dual diagnosis care. They accept self pay and private insurance.
Their facility can hold up to 66 people at a time. Here, you’ll receive round the clock psychiatric care delivered by a multidisciplinary team of licensed professionals. If you’re struggling with substance use on top of a mental health issue, you’ll enroll in their Eclipse Dual Diagnosis Program. A special feature of this program is that it combines inpatient treatment with partial hospitalization services. You’ll start out in inpatient care and then transition to outpatient treatment once you’re ready to live on your own again.
During your time in the program, you’ll focus on working through your condition with a licensed therapist. You’ll discuss ways to improve your self esteem, embrace healthy habits, and improve your relationships. You can attend counseling sessions by yourself or you’re welcome to bring your spouse, kids or other family members along. They also offer group meetings and educational programs for additional support.
Individuals who have gone here have mixed feelings about the time they spent in the program. While some call it a blessing and say the staff members are supportive, others have felt inadequately cared for and question the protocols that the team members use.
