Outpatient care provides flexible treatment for clients living at home. This evening program meets 3 nights per week and offers evidence-based care similar to the PHP. Services focus on the unique client situation, accounting for their strengths and any trauma they have experienced.

Mutual support groups offer a space to connect, heal, and learn from peers on similar paths. St. Martin de Porres offers access to multiple 12 Step groups for individuals and their family members who are fighting addiction.

MAT offers relief from withdrawal symptoms and supports long-term recovery for patients dealing with severe addictions. Clinicians incorporate pharmacotherapy based on the “disease concept” of addiction, using buprenorphine or methadone.

Staff tailor individual aftercare plans to support clients and maintain their recovery goals. Their Continuing Care programs allow alumni to stay connected and continue MAT services.
