The program promotes clients’ sustained sobriety through robust, gender-specific, recovery-focused life skills training addressing topics such as coping, self-care, emotional regulation, and relapse prevention. An array of evidence-based complementary therapies is available, including yoga, meditation, creative arts, nutrition therapy, and experiential therapy.

Their outpatient and aftercare services ensure a complete continuum of care aligned with clients’ evolving needs and may include step-down support, 12 step program facilitation, and referrals for additional services.
