This is a comprehensive addiction recovery facility that offers a continuum of services including detox, outpatient care, long term rehab and access to sober living services. The counseling services here are incredibly robust and include everything from traditional cognitive behavioral therapy to individual psychotherapy and case management services. They also use modern approaches including brain spotting which is a type of talk therapy that helps you refocus your emotions after a traumatic event. Through red light therapy, you can improve your skin and muscle tissue health if you’ve struggled with those issues because of drug use as well.

In their commitment to helping you maintain your sobriety, they have long-term programming here so that you can receive consistent, structured care. Their long-term program covers three phases: detox, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient care.
The partial hospitalization program runs for 30 days, while their intensive outpatient program is a 60 day program. Most people will start with the PHP and then transition into the IOP for 90 days of structured supportive care.
