Your care will be tailored to the needs that you and your counselor will determine. Your treatment schedule and length are based on your individual progress. In the outpatient program, you’ll participate in group and individual counseling, which will focus on topics such as relapse prevention and the cause of your addiction.

Counselors will perform regular assessments to check in on your progress. Clients who are struggling with withdrawal symptoms can receive Suboxone to help decrease the pain and discomfort. This will allow you to focus more on your recovery in counseling and also focus on finding other activities to enjoy other than using substances. In Madison, you can enjoy spending time walking around the Olbrich Botanical Gardens or checking out wildlife at the Henry Vilas Zoo.

The transitional housing program provides residential level monitoring to Dane County residents age 18 and older who have a documented substance use disorder. You’ll stay in your own bedroom and receive three meals a day. Staff members will provide medical support, connect you to employment resources and provide housing referrals.

Tellurian’s Dane County Care Center is a community based residential facility where clients stay for three to five days on average. It’s designed to help individuals in crisis, providing 24 hour support and supervision. The staff can treat various mental health issues that can cause addiction or relapse, such as PTSD, depression and anxiety.
