The Bluffs is a private rehab program located on 80 acres of scenic woodland in Sherrodsville, Ohio. They provide treatment for substance use as well as co-occurring disorders. They offer detox, inpatient, and medication assisted treatment. You’ll also have the option to follow the traditional 12 Step model to get you back on your feet as you head to sobriety.

One thing that stands out to me about their program is their long term rehab. The purpose of this is to ensure that you are treating your addiction on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level. They’ve also got a holistic approach to help make sure you don’t relapse. In the long term rehab program, you’ll get to engage in different treatment options such as cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and find ways to manage your stress

This program also offers additional services to continue focusing on the person as a whole with an emphasis on physical wellbeing. You’ll get the chance to engage in massage therapy, meditative therapy, and music therapy. This’ll allow you to find interests and coping skills in different areas of life.
