About The Camp Recovery – San Jose, IOP
The Camp Recovery Center in San Jose, California offers an intensive outpatient addiction treatment program for adults. Located just off of Highway 17, it’s close to multiple bus stops making it easily accessible. They have a 12 week program for addiction treatment here for adult men and women.
Your treatment will primarily consist of group therapy sessions. You’ll meet in these groups four days a week and three hours a day. The sessions will focus on topics like developing positive affirmations, dealing with family and society, and relapse prevention.
An additional benefit of group sessions is you’ll have peers that can provide you support, encouragement, and insight throughout your recovery. Clients will also have individual therapy sessions every two weeks. It’ll be your chance to process the experiences you’re having in your recovery journey and to get one on one treatment.
For a lot of clients this IOP is a step down after residential treatment. It can also be an alternative to residential rehab if your addiction is manageable enough that you can stay sober without 24 hour support in your early recovery.
