You get regular counseling if you participate in the outpatient program, but the main focus at the Cottages is holistic health and wellness.

Being a sober living house, there are specific rules you have to follow that are related to being respectful of everyone in the house. You have to work a 12 step program and abstain from drugs and alcohol of any kind. Prescription meds can be approved by the head of the house. You also will need to either work or look for work or be in an outpatient program to avoid having too much idle time.
