Located among the beautiful landscape of Steamboat Springs, the treatment center offers medical detox and residential treatment along with outpatient treatment and the Michael Barnes Family Institute.

One thing that stands out is that during detox you can get a variety of other medical assessments, such as liver and kidney function as well as HIV and Hep B & C testing. They can check your thyroid and electrolyte levels as well. This allows them to see what medical support you’ll need to return to being energetic and healthy.

The treatment center offers a unique trauma first focus in therapy along with a holistic approach to addiction recovery. The programs are not just about addiction recovery but also aim to nourish the mind and the body. Along with evidence based approaches the treatment also includes experiential therapies such as horticulture therapy and outdoor experiential therapy. The team of professionals guides clients to not only overcome the substance abuse problem but also help them to enhance their self-awareness. They help clients to develop useful coping strategies.

The two main outpatient programs are a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). The PHP often follows residential treatment and provides ongoing full day treatment while you live in sober living provided by The Foundry. The IOP has fewer hours of treatment per week and can be virtual, allowing you to live wherever you feel most comfortable.

They make admissions as easy as possible. They have access to services with consultative assistance. The case managers navigate the issue of program matching and insurance facility required by the clients.
