With a mindfulness-based approach with collaborative in nature, The Moment provides evidence-based and holistic treatments for general adult mental health conditions including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, and addiction.

In addition to the Group and Individual Therapy offered, The Moment offers Psychopharmacology, Case Management, Drug and Alcohol Counseling, Drug Testing and Monitoring and Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)
