They use reality based therapy as the foundation of their treatment. They build on that base with therapies like hypnosis and narrative therapy. To support your wellbeing, they offer vitamin therapy and nutrition counseling.

The conditions they treat include PTSD, eating disorders and addiction. If you don’t have a mental health condition, but want to improve your relationships with other people, they will also work with you to make those improvements.

The program ranges from 30 to 90 days. What happens during that time period is highly individual. Their normal procedure is to book a discovery call to determine your needs and then present you with a treatment strategy.
