This is individualized treatment dependent on your strengths and goals. You can expect to participate in programming that includes individual and group counseling, case management, crisis intervention, and medication management. You’ll also have access to skills training services, supportive housing services, supported housing services, and telehealth services.

Therapy and skills training focuses on living and community skills, stress management, socialization, coping strategies, and progress maintenance. You can also expect to participate in recreational activities.

Mental health first aid is an educational program that helps people identify the risk factors and warning signs of mental health problems. This is an eight hour course that uses role playing and simulations on how to offer initial help in a mental health crisis.
