They also offer guidance through holistic therapies to help you reprogram your mind and encourage you to create a more wholesome lifestyle in your journey of ongoing recovery.

This facility also offers yoga therapy. Yoga helps you exercise and find mindfulness during your recovery journey. Yoga therapy can help with stress management, improve your quality of sleep, and show you how to self regulate. Yoga is also an activity you can do during your day to day life and you can do it with your loved ones.

Recreational therapy is also available here. This therapy incorporates activities such as arts and crafts, or physical activity. You’ll learn how to manage your emotions, build self-confidence, encourage creativity, and strengthen your social skills.
