The University of Michigan Ypsilanti Health Center is a facility that offers preventative health and mental health services in Ypsilanti, Michigan. Adolescent clients who need more targeted addiction care can be referred to the University of Michigan addiction treatment services.

An additional group available at this location is the Young Adult Discovery Group. It focuses on helping adolescents gain insight into their behavioral choices and recognize the consequences of addiction. The therapeutic approach the counselor will primarily use is motivational interviewing.
The Ypsilanti Health Center is about 20 minutes outside of Ann Arbor, Michigan. The college town has multiple activities that teens and their families can enjoy, such as looking at flowers at the Matthaei Botanical Gardens or learning about animals at The Creature Conservancy.
