About Uplift Family Services – Modesto

The outpatient program provides age-specific treatment to individuals with various needs. It is important to note that Uplift Family Services is not an alcohol or drug rehab center, so if addiction is an individual’s concern, they may need to be referred to an addiction treatment center to continue their care. Individuals who need around-the-clock supervision may need to be referred to a residential center or inpatient center.
