Valley Hope is an addiction recovery center for adults in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. They offer outpatient services to help you overcome your substance use disorder and prepare you to reintegrate into society.

They provide intensive and general outpatient treatment as well as continuing care and recovery support. Their intensive program lasts 12 weeks and meets every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. During your time on site you’ll attend individual, group and family counseling sessions to help you explore and work through your condition. They’ll also show you how to stay sober and prevent a relapse.

Something that strikes me about this facility is that they go to great lengths to make sure your family members can be involved in your recovery. They offer virtual counseling sessions that your loved ones can attend to learn more about the disease of addiction and how they can support you.

When you’re ready to step down into a less intensive level of care you can enroll in their continuing care program which meets one hour per week. Another neat feature of this facility is that all alumni have access to their free recovery group that meets on site monthly.

One client who participated in this program says it changed her entire life. They also say they’d refer anyone they know to this place and still keep in touch with the people they met there.
