The Virginia Beach Department of Human Services is located just off of Hwy 58 and Jersey Avenue on Witchduck Rd. in Virginia Beach, Virginia. This facility offers a combination of behavioral health, developmental, financial and social services to members of the local community who are struggling with mental health issues, substance use or intellectual disorders.
