Vivent Health – AIDS Resource Center of Wisconsin

The ARCW – AIDS Resource Center of Wisconsin is an HIV/AIDS education and health provider serving individuals and families throughout the state. Today, this organization goes by a new name, Vivent Health.

This organization has offices throughout the state and their La Crosse location serves as an outpatient clinic where HIV/AIDS positive men and women can seek support for a substance use issue they might have or challenges they’re facing with their mental health.

They accept policies from most major insurance providers and financial assistance is available if you qualify. You won’t be denied care because of an inability to pay.

Substance use is a common challenge many who have HIV/AIDS struggle with. At the La Crosse clinic, your substance use struggles will be addressed in the way you need.

There are harm reduction services available if you’re still grappling with substance use and are not yet ready to start treatment. There’s also a full blown day treatment program that will help you work towards reducing and eventually overcoming your substance use struggles.

You’ll find that the care here is incredibly empathetic, judgment free, and focused toward your recovery needs. You’ll work with a dedicated team of behavioral health professionals and staff who will work to help you discover the many options you have for leading a healthy, sober, and safe life.

In the La Crosse office, you’ll find a comprehensive suite of services to address your mental health needs. These services range from assessments to evaluation to medication management for a current mental health diagnosis.

No matter what stage you’re in with your HIV/AIDS diagnosis, whether you’ve recently received it or have lived with it for years, these behavioral health services are designed to support you where you’re at in your health journey.
