Volunteers of America Delaware Valley is a community care facility that assists seniors, adults, and adolescents. You’ll find ‘em located in Camden, New Jersey. Services offered include short- and long-term housing and support for mental health challenges and addiction recovery. They’ve outreach programs for homeless individuals and veterans. Those with traumatic brain injuries or intellectual disabilities can be referred to specialized facilities.

They can also help with your basic needs and general medical care. Emergency shelters with 24/7 supervision are also available. Altogether, there are over 40 assistant programs available here.

You can work with a treatment team including experienced drug and addiction counselors. You’ll also receive legal services, addiction education, and employment services. If you’re reintegrating back into society and are at risk for relapse, their safe return program will guide you. This program helps formerly incarcerated individuals reintegrate safely back into society so that they can live fulfilling, independent lives.
