Located in National City, California, Volunteers of America Renaissance Treatment Center offers alcohol and drug rehab services to adults aged 18 and over through their residential program and detoxification services.
The detoxification program lasts up to 15 days in length and helps individuals safely and effectively remove addictive substances from their bodies under the guidance of professionals. Measures are taken to provide as much comfort as possible. During this phase of treatment, clients will prepare to move into residential treatment upon completion.
The residential program offers Individual therapy, group therapy, and psychoeducational classes. Individuals may choose a short-term stay, which equates to a 30 – 90 stay, or a long-term stay, which lasts from 90 – 180 days. The length of stay is based on the needs of each client. A strengths-based approach to addressing the mental, emotional, and physical aspects of addiction is provided.
