West Hawaii Explorations Academy Substance Abuse Programs offers age-specific treatment that targets the unique challenges adolescents face in recovery. Their programming is offered on an outpatient basis.

This outpatient program is for those who are able to benefit from treatment without a high level of supervision. Individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and couples counseling are provided. Anger management services, relapse-prevention services, and evidence-based treatment interventions are included. Clients also have access to 12-Step programming and recovery communities, so they can continue with self-help treatment on their own time outside of therapy.
