West Oaks Hospital – Hornwood Clinic in Houston, Texas, is an outpatient drug rehab treatment facility for adults. They provide a partial hospitalization program and an intensive outpatient program to treat addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders. They are Joint Commission accredited.
