WestCare – Community Involvement Center offers outpatient substance abuse treatment for men, women and adolescents and also an intensive outpatient program for adults. WestCare – Community Involvement Center is located in Chicago, Illinois.

At WestCare, their main objective is to “uplift the human spirit” by continuously improving, expanding and strengthening the quality, efficacy of everything they do. They seek to improve everyone they come into contact in order for them to grow, change and heal.

Some of the services offered by WestCare include: community-based substance use disorder services, a Medicaid certification, Level 1 Outpatient, Level II Intensive Outpatient, services for incarcerated adults re-entering Chicago’s South and West Side communities.
