WestCare – Hal Rogers Appalachian Recovery Center

Hal Rogers Appalachian Recovery Center serves people who live in Ashcamp, Kentucky. It’s operated by WestCare and offers intensive alcohol and drug abuse treatment services for men. Intravenous drug users have a higher risk of getting infections such as HIV/AIDS. The staff members provide HIV/AIDS education to give clients the knowledge they need for prevention or treatment.
