Whiteside Manor’s Wilshire House is a private substance abuse treatment program for adult women. This is a holistic 12 Step based residential treatment and aftercare program. They have programs lasting between 30 and 90 days. The Wilshire House is located in Riverside, California.

Wilshire House’s program approaches treatment with a broad view toward recovery. In addition to addressing the symptoms and causes of your addiction through traditional methods, you’ll explore the ways the relationships in your life can be used to boost your. You’ll also develop and improve skills through education groups. At the same time, you’ll have private time to reflect on your progress.

Westside Manor’s programs also have a focus on the physical wellness component of recovery. During your stay, you’ll experience nutritious chef prepared meals. You’ll also have access to exercise equipment and a “boot camp” fitness program. I like that the program not only explores how your physical health can influence addiction and recovery but allows you to explore it through multiple options in a hands-on way.
