Structure is the key to sobriety. We provide the keys to enable gifts of persistence and commitment in order to unlock a lifetime of sobriety. At Sober Living Properties, we have developed a structured setting that supports transitional housing residents as they build a foundation for a healthier, sober life. By choosing to live in a sober community, transitional housing residents permit themselves to discover a life of possibility, constructed by them and supported by their peers and a caring professional staff.
Sober Living Properties is housing, not treatment. A recovery residence provides a stable, alcohol- and drug-free place to live alongside other people in recovery, with the peer accountability and daily structure that research consistently links to better outcomes. Unless a home is a NARR Level IV setting or is separately licensed, it does not provide therapy, detoxification, medication management or medical supervision on site. Residents who need clinical care attend an independently licensed program of their own choosing.
