About 2nd Chance Recovery Center – Burien
The intensive outpatient program generally meets three times per week for three hours at a time. Treatment begins with an evaluation and assessment. This program provides group counseling, anger management classes, domestic violence therapy for those who would benefit, and an opportunity for individuals to participate in the deferred-prosecution program.
The outpatient program meets less frequently than the intensive outpatient program. Clients have an opportunity to participate in the deferred prosecution program and domestic violence therapy if this would benefit them. Anger management classes and group classes are also provided.

Coverage may be available through providers such as Aetna, Cigna, Wellmark, Beacon, and Humana. Individuals who want to use insurance are encouraged to contact their provider prior to starting treatment because out of network benefits may vary.
