4C Health is a substance abuse counseling center for kids, teens, and adults with multiple locations across Indiana. At their Kokomo location, they provide outpatient counseling services to help you break the chains of addiction and reclaim your life. You can attend your sessions in person, online, or over the phone.
I like that this facility gives you so many scheduling options when it comes to your care. You’re more likely to attend counseling if you can work it in around your schedule, and they’re here to make that possible. In addition to coming into their office, they’ll also come to you at your school, home, or another location in the community.
They provide individual, couples, and family counseling sessions. Their multidisciplinary team is trained in all aspects of therapy, including evidence based practices like motivational interviewing. They take a person centered approach to addiction treatment, taking your personal needs and recovery goals into account as they develop your customized care plan. Other services they offer include one on one recovery coaching and medication assisted treatment.
One thing to note is that multiple current and former clients say this office is very hard to communicate with, and wait times are lengthy. They also mention that scheduling is a challenge.
