About A Peace of Mind Sober Living – Women’s Home – Riverside
The Women’s Residence at A Piece of Mind Sober Living is a halfway house for newly sober women. You can rent a room there to have a supportive environment while you navigate work, treatment and life in early recovery. They’ll take people with co-occurring mental health issues on a case by case basis.
This recovery residence has some beneficial features. It’s a 3,000 square foot home with wi-fi and free long distance calls. Their expectations are that you attend meetings three days a week if you’re working or in school and five days a week if you aren’t. There’s a Bible study in the home every other Monday if you’re interested.
They have received recognition from various sources. They’re a certified recovery residence through the Sober Living Coalition. They’re also contracted by Riverside County as a recovery residence provider. The Cal State Reentry Initiative has approved them for their program.
They have been reviewed by eight people on greatnonprofits.org, many of who gave five star reviews. Some former clients wrote that they were able to re-establish their lives while staying there.
