About Achieve TMS Center – Rancho Bernardo – San Diego
Sokya Health, previously known as Achieve TMS Center, is located in Rancho Bernardo, California. They provide outpatient behavioral healthcare treatment to individuals of all ages, including those who struggle with co-occurring disorders. It’s important to note that they are not an alcohol and drug rehab center, so if addiction is the primary concern, individuals may need to be referred to an alcohol and drug rehab program.
The outpatient program provides a wide variety of services to individuals of all ages. Services are available for children, adults, and specialty groups such as military personnel. Treatment begins with an evaluation and diagnosis. Services are available through individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, educational services, trans magnetic stimulation, Esketamine treatments, psychiatric care, nutritional and dietary counseling, and more. In-person and telehealth treatment is available.
Upon completion of the outpatient program, clients may choose to maintain a relationship with their mental health counselor or community-based self-help groups to continue treatment at a lesser frequency.
